Meet some of the team…

Richie Chauhan, Technical Director, ebackpack

Richie has over 10 years of experience in successful IT starts ups. In 2004 he founded Tekege Solutions with a vision for developing an affordable and easy to use LMS system to make the Indian Education system at par with Universities across the world.

Prior to Tekege Solutions, Richie Chauhan co-founded Ajava Systems, Incorporated which grew to be a $10 million company within two years and is now a major player in high end UNIX server market. Mr. Chauhan contributed to the growth of Ajava by providing his significant industry experience of managing all aspects of large scale IT Deployments.

Richie Chauhan has a degree in Computer Science, from Simon Fraser University, Canada and Cal State Fullerton, California

Chetna Singh, Art Director, ebackpack

Chetna Singh leads the crucial design component of ebackpack, working with faculty, administrators and students from various backgrounds and levels of computer literacy to design user friendly ebackpack graphics and interfaces

Chetna brings vast experience in designing website interfaces catering to numerous target audiences in over 15 countries. Her clients have ranged from the Electrical Board of India to North American South Asian Bar Association. Before joining Tekege Solutions Chetna Singh was a partner in the design firm, Together Graphics.

Chetna is a graduate of Pearl Academy of Fashion where she specialized in Communication Design.

Dhiren Kumar Singh, Developer, ebackpack

Dhiren is an integral part of the ebackpack Development and Maintenance team. He takes user feedback and works to constantly improve the quality of ebackpack, by enhancing existing features and developing new ones. Dhiren has several years of programming experience.

Prior to joining Tekege Soutions, Dhiren worked with VBR-Chipsoft , in Ghaziabad working on Java development in the healthcare service delivery domain.

Dhiren has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Allahabad University and a Post Graduate of Computer Science from Punjab Technical University and has always has a special interest in the solutions that programming languages provide individuals and business.

Shweta Rastogi, Developer, ebackpack

Shweta is an integral member of ebackpack’s Development and Maintenance team. She is responsible for insuring that each institutions ebackpack is running smoothly by working closely with the end users.

She has many years of experience in development with special interest in programming. Prior to joining Tekege Solutions, she was working with IETE, where she developed an e-Learning portal and also an e-directory.

She has done her MCA from Punjab Technical University and MIT from MAHE and has also completed PGDASDD (Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Software and Development) from CDAC, NOIDA.

Tusar Kumar, E-Learning Consultant, ebackpack

At ebackpack, Tusar insures that institutions are given need based e-learning solutions. As an e-learning consultant, he works closely with the students, faculty and the administrators of an institute to make sure they have a smooth and enjoyable experience of incorporating technical solutions to enhance their learning environment.

Tusar has a diverse experience in Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining ebackpack, he has worked with sales teams in varying capacities ranging from sales executive to manager for companies like WebEx Communications and Mahavair Spinning Mills Ltd.

Tusar holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Sciences from St. Edmunds College, Shillong and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing. Throughout his career Tusar has been specifically interested in organizational behavior and how to introduce effective change at an individual and institutional level.
