While ebackpack is a very easy to use and intuitive system, there are users that need more help in feeling comfortable with technology and understanding how to use the tools available to them work for their advantage. The ebackpack training program includes the following:

• 3 day on site training by ebackpack professionals
• Lecture style training for students
• One-on-one personalized trainings for faculty members

Our training experts have extensive experience in training individuals with variying degrees of computer literacy.

Setup Service

At the time of setup, a lot of institution specific information needs to be captured by the system. These include data points such as

• Program structures
• Classes
• Faculty members
• Faculty members assigned to classes

• Time table coordination

This can be a very time consuming and arduous task. ebackpack provides the setup services to help you get started in the easiest way possible by taking care of all this administrative work for you. This ensures a smooth startup and results in much greater acceptance and appreciation of your new technology at your institute.

If your institute uses an existing system, we will transfer the data over to ebackpack. ebackpack's technical team will work with you to extract and transform the data so that it is usable for ebackpack.

Customization/Integration Service

While ebackpack comes installed with most of the features any institute will want, we are well aware that your institute may have some unique processes's and procedures. ebackpack is happy to provide you with customized solutions to address your specific requirements.
